The Kennedy Center was established by an act of Congress as the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for Performing Arts.

Additionally, congress further legislated that no other memorials or plaques can be established at the Center.

The Board lacks any authority to add Trump’s name to the Center.

This is a blatant act of illegal huberis.
